Yesterday we had a wonderful opportunity to spend some time with our friends James and Xingyi before their little Noah makes his arrival in a couple of weeks. We were so greatful to have this time to spend with them knowing that once Noah comes its going to be a lot more difficult to see them for awhile. Although, I must say, we cannot wait for him to come!
They had a wonderful idea to visit the Arboretum by NC State. Even though spring is not yet in full bloom there were still a bunch of beautiful trees in bloom. Great opportunity to get some pictures! After the Arboretum we went to David's Dumpling and Noodle Bar. It was VERY good. I definitely recommend it. It was reasonably priced, the atmosphere was nice, and the food really was excellent. We will definitely be going again :o) Apparently, the same man who owns Duck and Dumpling downtown also owns this place. Hopefully it will be more successful than the other restaraunts who have been at that same location previously. Judging by the amount of people there, I'd say it has a good chance!
